Very welcoming gym, workouts are tough but staff are great at helping with scaling or working around injuries.
From day one I felt welcomed into the gym and 'RBR' family', it's hard to explain but this place has a buzz about it like no other gym I've trained at :)
This combined with excellent equipment, high quality coaching and a genuine passion for getting the best for each individual means that, no matter what your level, you will love the experience.
I wasn’t sure what to expect as I always find my self feeling intimidated but the whole team makes you feel welcomed & the coaches take their time to explain moves if you aren’t 100% sure!
If you're looking to just get in better shape, get fitter or even really push yourself to the limit.
I had been recommended the gym by someone and had been put off crossfit before as other gyms I went to I felt like I was just there making up numbers in classes.
From stepping in here for first time I found a new love for fitness and pushing myself to places I didn't think possible while having fun.
All the coaches and members are extremely friendly and willing to help you in any way they can.
