I started training with Lauren as part of her amazing and fun female classes, then I opted into personal training sessions. The experience so far has been incredible. Lauren's coaching is worth every single penny! I love her approach to building up your resilience and body. It's been a couple of weeks for me and I've started noticing incredible results, something that I thought possible only through surgery. My body and my mood improved significantly - probably the best investment I could've made into myself this year. The plan is to continue and to dial it up. I highly recommend Lauren to all my local friends as she's simply the best trainer! Alina Jingan

The martial arts crew training next us somehow manage to remain friendly and smiling despite the endless punching and kicking.
Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
The main man, Cliff, is a legend.
I go for Lauren's workout classes and she's an amazing PT 👏 🤩
Unfortunately I don't have the time to fit in the other martial arts but they are also fantastic groups from what I've seen.

A great gym with excellent coaches catering to all levels!
I’ve been to a few Different good MMA gyms very Close to where I live, but I instead choose to travel 20 miles on public transport just to go to Diesel… which I think is testament to how great this gym really is
Good equipment, great attitudes towards people of all skill levels and most importantly, excellent coaches and instructors who are very good a pushing you to your limits and beyond without being excessive or toxic in any way.
