Run by 2nd Degree Black Belt and CYT5oo hour Yoga instructor Chris Baird, D.C.M. A offer first-class martial arts and fitness training to the local community. Our classes are affordable, accessible and aim to improve the quality of life of our students and members. We hold weekly Self Defence, Kickboxing, Yoga and Fitness sessions in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at our venue in Brislington. Great place for kids to learn some Kung Fu moves and self defense, apart from letting energy gooo!
Totally recommend it if you want your child/yourself to build up their/your kung-fu skills, but also to gain resilience, confidence and new friends!
My 7 years old joined Dragon Claw few weeks ago and he loves it.
My 5year old son started here in October and he is loving it going twice a week, I also started going to the adult Kung fu on a Monday night as it’s at a convenient time to do so, Chris the instructor is great at what he does and everyone else is very welcoming
A brilliant work out and Chris is very patient while teaching us the boxing & kickboxing moves.

I first started with Chris about 3 years ago thoroughly enjoyed it stopped due to COVID been back about a month now, finding each session teaches me something new or helps improve old skills or techniques.
Great mix of kickboxing techniques and energetic exercises to get the circulation going.
Such a positive and encouraging teaching environment - my son loves these kung fu classes.
Great instructor, my child enjoys every session and the atmosphere is great.
