They had only done one yoga class before with an intimidating instructor who physically put their body in to shapes they were not comfortable with 🙄 this isn't yoga. What you see on Instagram isn't yoga. Yoga, especially in pregnancy, is much more about the internal work. The stuff maybe you can't capture a picture of. I won't touch you in pregnancy yoga. I will offer you movements and suggest you adapt them to your body. I am not the expert on you, you are. I am not flexible either, for the record 😂 You will feel welcome and safe. You can move however you choose. You will have a space to connect with baby and the wonder of your body. You'll love it ❤️...
