Super happy with Andy’s attention to detail and curation of my training and nutrition plan so far.
It soon became even more apparent how knowledgeable Andy is; everything is explained clearly and one of the things I particularly value is that he tells me why we are doing what we are doing (and everything he suggests is backed by science).
Very proactive and very tailored - would highly recommend.
Andy is an amazing trainer and always responds when you have a question, he also sends additional information on questions through the week which helps with understanding with how things work, on his plan I have managed to drop 8kg within 4months with no pain of consistently feeling hungry or like it’s a constant challenge to do, additionally my strength has gone up tremendously, Andy is really great and definitely worth it as he helps with the personal investment into yourself to make you look and feel better with less stress and pure guidance.
In the last two months, I have lost 6kg, have increased the weight I lift and have improved on my bleep test score.
Andy has been so helpful in terms of education and support during the whole process as well as adapting the process during Holidays and over the Christmas period so I can still enjoy myself at the same time.
Great first week, program stretching but achievable, Andy very supportive!
Its not just about losing some weight, Andy is about cultivating habits and creating life long changes.
I carried on following Andy’s advice and plan and I genuinely can’t believe the progress to how I look and the difference it’s made to how I feel.
I’m a PT myself just getting started in the industry but with the hours worked my own health was taking a back seat.
