I don't know if this will describe my full experience, basically it's the best gym ever I went in my life to do BJJ, the people are so friendly all of them, very very lovely atmosphere, going for the BJJ class is like a mental therapy, been to other BJJ gyms but this one is my favourite.

I am amazed recently how quick coaches adapted to new pandemic rules and have designed programs which help all students to progress and still remain safe.

Really friendly martial arts studio, rare opportunity to learn capoeira (not many places in the North West teach it) Mestre Papa-Leguas is a renowned teacher worldwide so very lucky to have this in Manchester.
