Great wrestling classes ,very good pre-trening and warm-up ,a lot of fun .
Even though I am only a hobbiest doing a couple of days a week and not training for competitions I am still made to feel very welcome and a part of the gym.
The price has always been kept to the lower side, can't recommend FZ enough!
Great place for training Martial arts, loads of classes and levels from beginner to advance.

It has to be one of the best combat gym with stack classes at various times to meet each individual's needs
The general structure of the classes (regardless of the teacher), such as warm-ups with similar or the same exercises at the beginning of each session, provides great consistency and preparation.
Very friendly people & very low injury rate!
