G4 Physiotherapy & Fitness
Over the past few months, I've been having regular sports rehabilitation sessions with Ellie and she's been brilliant! Came to G4, 7 months post ankle break/surgery - with the aim to get back running and playing football. Ellie's great work in setting out a thorough program for me, with set progress checkpoints along the way, making sure the small increments of improvement didn't go unnoticed. Really helped me to stay positive and trust the process to get back to where I wanted to be. I managed to reach my goal of participating in the Great Manchester Run end of May and following this into June, I'm now back playing football after 10 months out.

Sentiment Analysis
I've just finished treatment on my shoulder with Glyn and I'm so grateful for his support over the past few weeks.
Previous Experience : Had a small issue with timings not the actual treatment however G4 manager rang back sorted out things Hence giving 5 stars for customer service and caring for the well being of clients
I have seen a few different members of staff for sports massages, all of which were really friendly and helpful but when I injured my lower back I started to see Ellie to help rehab the injury.
Nice place and friendly people, highly recommended,
I saw Heather for lower back pain and she was brilliant.
I have never had any private healthcare before, so was slightly apprehensive about paying the money for an appointment, however, it turned out to be well worth it!
Not only is she very knowledgeable but she clearly took notice of the things I told her in the first appointment, identified my body's weaknesses and selected exercises specifically to help me with these things.
Assessment, education and exercises, Highly recommended
Not only gives a high-quality massage, but also gives
I have regular sports massage treatments at G4.
