Alongside being a personal trainer, I am also a swimming coach. I have been teaching swimming to all age groups. I am fully qualified and insured which means that I can even deliver lessons to babies from 3 months old. Swimming is an essential life skill and an even better workout.

Adam is the MAN
I am a nanny who use to take a young child to Adam for lessons on a weekly basis, Adam made the swimming fun whilst actually teaching, the little boy really enjoyed the lessons and learnt what to do if he got in trouble in the water to actually swimming confidently unaided.
He has been giving my son private lessons since he was 3 years old and is such a confident swimmer today.
He is also very patient with kids and let them take their time when they are not in mood.
Adam has been teaching two brothers, ages 4 and 7, to swim and they have made a lot of progress, his classes are fun and he is very patient and the children are very happy with him.
We’ve known him many years and he has always been so patient and calm with our son, who has additional needs and struggles to walk… however he can now swim well thanks to Adam.
