Every lesson is immersive and he focuses very hard to get the best out of his students not just telling me what I need to work on but showing me exactly how to do it himself and how I can practice to improve my playing to the best ability.
The most incredible thing is I have to nag my daughter to practice for just 10 minutes a day, however, Carl manages to keep her playing the guitar for the full hour of the lesson without much complaining other than the typical attitude of a ten year old!
The balance Carl finds between learning new songs, perfecting songs already learnt and have a fun filled lesson is perfect for my daughter.
Carl is a great guitar teacher who has been tutoring my teenage daughters for the past year.
