Hummingbird Pilates & Fitness

It is recommended that we get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity ideally spread out over the course of a week. The greater the amount of exercise we do, the even greater the health benefits.

Sentiment Analysis
She adapts all the exercises for me in the class and takes time to check in and ask how I’m doing.
Jane gives really clear instructions about positioning and technique to maximise the moves, and I found I was able to progress quickly.
She's really friendly and welcoming and is very attentive - always making sure the exercises are working for you.
I don't remember going to any exercise class as consistently as this one & I can certainly feel the benefits - mentally and physically!!
Jane is able to meet the expectations and limitations of such a wide age range of clients!
Fabulous classes, Jane is great, motivating and supportive.
With the added bonus of YouTube videos to do in between the classes
Lots of different classes, really clear instructions and boundless energy and enthusiasm which makes it great fun as well as really effective x
I’ve been with Jane since the start, it can be hard to get up for the online class but I NEVER regret it.
I am big into fitness but have trained on my own for a very long time so to be apart of a friendly group has been great.
