Jane gives really clear instructions about positioning and technique to maximise the moves, and I found I was able to progress quickly.
She's really friendly and welcoming and is very attentive - always making sure the exercises are working for you.
I don't remember going to any exercise class as consistently as this one & I can certainly feel the benefits - mentally and physically!!

I’ve been with Jane since the start, it can be hard to get up for the online class but I NEVER regret it.
I am big into fitness but have trained on my own for a very long time so to be apart of a friendly group has been great.
