I've been doing pilates with Jo for 6 years - it's so important to me as it helps me unwind and clear my mind after a stressful day at work. I t's totally my time to spend on my health, and it definitely maintains my flexibility allowing me to keep doing all the things I want to. I do have fibromyalgia, so some weeks the sessions are harder than others, but jo always leads with kindness and compassion, so I never feel that I'm not achieving anything, and I 100% feel the good it's doing me- I recommend pilates to everyone x
