I can't quite believe how calm my nervous system is and how resilient I have become. Some of the things that happened over the past week would normally send me into a downward spiral but I've been so grounded. In the breathwork I've had such profound experiences and realisations. There is no bullsh*t and she holds such a safe and comfortable space. She knows when you need to be pushed and when you need something more gentle, and you can tell that all she wants to do is help people.

I absolutely recommend any class, workshop, course or retreat you could do with her.
The day was perfectly split and the journey we went through was physical, emotional, mindful, hard, invogorating, joyful but always enjoyable, even the dreaded ice bath!
Amy created such a safe stuff for us all to be open, vulnerable and really reap the benefits of mama cocoa.
Amy creates such a safe and welcoming space to allow yourself to sink into the experience and she guides you through every step at your own pace.
As soon as I walked in I felt completely at ease, people were so friendly and Amy made sure everyone was comfortable, knew where to pop their things and being particularly welcoming to those who she noticed came alone.
I felt so blessed to be able to experience another day full of yoga, ice baths, breath work and so much more, surrounded by a group of amazing, like minded people.
My daughter surprised me with a gift to go for a Breathing session at the studio and I would definitely recommend.
Can't explain quite how amazing the Men's retreat was back in September.
