I started yoga classes some months ago l have osteoarthritis of the spine and an old shoulder injury so l was little apprehensive about mobility and whether or not yoga was for me. Well l couldn't have been more wrong. From the onset l was made to feel welcome. Claire is a skillful yoga teacher, she has brilliant people skills , extensive knowledge and is actively aware of Individual needs. She has created a wonderful calming environment in which to learn and develop at your own pace. Six months into my yoga journey l now have better mobility and definitely less pain. I can't recommend La Maison yoga and wellness studio enough.

The studio is utterly beautiful and makes you feel calm and at ease if you have never done yoga before.
In the 18 months I’ve been going to La Maison my mind and body have become stronger although I am always striving to improve.
I completed the first beginners course and loved it so much I instantly booked onto a second one,Claire made me feel so welcome and is such an amazing teacher 🧘♀️with the ambience of the studio being so inviting I find myself eager to attend each week to a variety of different classes that help nourish and strengthen the mind and body..

Claire, Rick and others that helped on the day made every effort to ensure a good day was had by all.
Claire is an intuitive and relaxed yoga teacher and welcomes you whatever your background or yoga experience and other teachers are equally as empathetic.
The main reason for practicing Yoga with Claire is to improve my vascular system (heart problem) and I can now manage to practice in her advanced Vinyasa Flow class.
Under Claire’s direction I have been able to get back into my yogi flow at my own pace, and I’ve been challenged, encouraged and nourished by the variety of classes, retreats and workshops.
