I started never having tried martial arts of any kind. As an adult, I had doubts how quickly I would pick it up. The family class approach is so inclusive and supportive it's a great learning environment. Master Foulds and Master Gibson are great teachers. Thanks ladies!

My son has been coming to AEGIS for a few months now, he absolutely loves it and has learnt so much from going.
I attend this academy and I’ve found it has worked wonders for me building my skills, building confidence and making quite a few new friends along the way
We have been attending the academy for 2 years now, both in tots and now family classes with our 2 boys.
It is so good it is greatly reccomened for little children to learn there moves
The trainers are great, firm when they need to be but also very accommodating and helpful.
Instructors are wonderful with the children and explain everything in an age appropriate manner.
