Our instructors are all highly-qualified fitness professionals, and some of the best teachers and performers in their fields.

They offer a wide variety of classes - hoop, pole, silk etc… The instructors are all amazing and experienced, providing an excellent learning experience.
Single tab with the metal piece right where it can hit your pubic bone when inverting (ouch) and a carabiner attached directly to the hoop on the tab where you have to hook your knee (double ouch)
He was passionate about the dance!!!
