Her well-structured classes focus on different muscle groups, include advanced asanas, cater to all levels, offer variety, and feature vinyasa flow. She's one of the best teachers I've encountered.

After six months of engaging in lessons with Sunitha to address my gut issues, I have found her approach to be highly effective.
What I love the most about her sessions is that she takes into account your emotional and physical state EVERY class and designs the flow.
