All lessons begin with basic exercises in stretching, co-ordination and strength, but your fitness develops more through practicing the pak mei wu chi yun techniques and movement - we are not a personal fitness class. To quote Sifu Blackledge "You get out what you put in! ". Basic punching and stepping combinations as well as conditioning exercises such as saam xing (3 star hitting) are used to build a strong blocking and bridging technique. Knuckle, wrist and finger press ups are used to strengthen the hand and striking areas. Conditioning is done in a controlled way to minimise stress injuries. Grappling, Locks & Breaks
