Mr Zaine, Mr Jay and Mr Smith have been amazingly supportive with my son who has recently joined the dragons group. He has additional needs and we have been made to feel so included. It's not easy for the coaches at all but my son is starting to become more disciplined and learning so many new skills, his fitness is improving, but also his self esteem and attention. He is learning so much about perseverance and trying his best. He is also making some new friends and seeing him achieve things just like everyone else is so fantastic. Not only they will give you the martial art sessions, but they will teach personal development skills also.
Top marks for the team, they should be proud of what they have built there as its setting kids up to respect themselves and others as well as being capable individuals that can defend themselves.

It's been great for my son,he has gained confidence,above all acquired a disciplined behaviour.
* Great for fitness / weight loss - If the only reason you join is to lose weight and get fitter I am personally seeing much better results than going to a standard gym
I am a student there and I must say it might be a bit expensive but it is worth it I went from a terrible martial arts teacher at the leisure centre to a awesome marital arts teacher 11/10
