We don't have gym equipment here at the Studio, but we do offer group fitness classes. We offer an unrivalled number of Mat Pilates classes and an array of Yoga classes, including Hot Yoga. As much as we love both Pilates and Yoga, we completely understand the benefits of cardio & interval training and our ambition is to provide classes that tick all of the boxes. If you're looking to get a sweat on and have an incredible amount of fun, we have something for that too. Our Combat classes alongside our dance based fitness classes are a perfect way to get your cardio fix. We offer FitSteps and Zumba (plus Zumba Gold for a lower impact dance class).
