Laurence has a beautiful energy, and the class is powerful and always different each week, working different parts of the body and energy systems.
Laurence is an excellent yoga instructor who is sympathetic to everyone's abilities and I do feel that my 4 years of yoga classes have improved my overall flexibility and balance.
She thoughtfully gives alternative levels for beginners or more experienced practitioners allowing all to enjoy the class in a non threatening way.
I find them stretching and testing; but it's always satisfying to successfully achieve the moves.
This is a friendly, supportive yoga class with an emphasis on doing yoga in a way appropriate to your own body (including any injuries, aches and pains).
Not just because of the exercise but also I have met some lovely people over the years and build some lovely friendships.
