I feel blessed that I was able to find a place where I feel challenged everyday, I feel good about myself, I'm keen to achieve my goals and honestly I have so much fun.

Great team spirit and amazing Senseis make up for a great hour of training which you feel straight away both physically and mentally!
All 4 of my kids have gone through Niedo with 3 of them eventually attaining black belts
