Gym is always clean and fully equipped with everything you require.
OBX is a fantastic place to train, they have the best equipment and the coaches, whether you want boxing, or strength or PT are all brilliant, lovely people who are all very knowledgeable in what they do.
All of the coaches show such care and attention to help every person who walks through the door to enjoy training, to meet their individual goals (if they have them) and to learn the joy of boxing!
