Staff and atmosphere great .
First time coming today with my boyfriend was my big step to walk into the door as my anxiety is really bad around new places and people and talking to the lovely woman at the reception she made me feel better we looked around and decided to have a go definitely lovely staff ❤️
Chris and the team are brilliant and are always there to help.
Excellent range of equipment from free weights to machines, plus a Boxing studio and plenty of cardio machines.
Great environment everyone is happy to help

Went to tattooist inside called Phil McGrady Tattooist excellent as always but had a look inside gym through glass and seems great pleace to join
