I started training with Jorge just over a year ago. I was really nervous about joining but he was so reassuring and supportive throughout. I have absolutely loved his classes from the very beginning; he is so enthusiastic and he is brilliant at motivating you. His classes are always varied and although they are challenging, he ensures that they are a lot of fun, and you feel a real sense of achievement at the end. They are also the perfect balance between strength training/cardio and I feel so much fitter and stronger as a result. When work/life gets ridiculously busy and all other forms of exercise inevitably fall by the wayside, I always try and make sure I can still come to Jorge's class!
