I have been training with Paul for 8 months and can say that in this time I have seen a remarkable change in my fitness, body shape and weight. From the beginning Paul has encouraged me to eat correctly and has provided constant guidance. Initially I believed I could get away with training while eating as I used to however once I started following Paul's advice I saw changes very quickly. Paul is an ex-army PTI who has also undertaken courses in nutrition etc so he know's what he is talking about! With Paul's help I now have a 'clean diet' and do believe you cannot out-train a bad diet. Each PT session is different – Paul likes to keep you on your toes. Paul has tailored a program to help fire my glutes and take some pressure of my legs and I have noticed a big improvement over the last 5 months allowing me to stay significantly more active.
He has been excellent in both group sessions, where I first met him and then more recently individual where I’ve seen a huge difference in my fitness.
Paul has an amazing knowledge of physiology not only has he helped keep me fit for over 20 years he has helped me overcome various injuries including surgery he adapts the training sessions to fit whenever I’ve had problems with broken bones , spinal surgery , pulled muscles etc
If anyone has ever had chronic pain then they will understand just how terrible an infliction this is and how it impacts on all aspects of your life.
