Working out has become a natural thing for me to do, until I met Phil I was the classic excuse maker, no time, no energy, I had all the reasons why training wasn't for me.
As a person who felt insecure about getting into the gym, my main priority was to feel comfortable in the gym environment and get set on the right track to become more independent with workout routines.
Having back and neck issues doesn’t make things easy, but he has adapted and changed routine to strengthen these area.
His manner is easy-going, but he ensures we pack a lot into our sessions to make the most of the time.

I like the fact he pushes me to work on my weaker areas and gets me to do exercises I often overlook or avoid which has helped me build a good balance in my strength and shape.
During lockdown we have continued to workout through Skype sessions and it’s great because, even though I don’t have the same equipment as the gym, Phil gets very creative and is still able to put together resistance workouts that meet my needs.
