Pole dance & fitness is not only beneficial for your physical health but also increases confidence & body positivity. Pole is for women of all ages, shapes & sizes! You do not need to have any experience to join a class or have a lot of upper body strength, this is something that will be gained in time through attending the classes. If you are looking to start pole and you have any doubts about your strength, ability, or body shape, you do not need to worry at Pole Dolls, the girls are amazing, and the community is so genuine and positive.
Regardless of your appearance or experience level both Sioned (the owner) and the other women in the studio will cheer you on and make you feel like an absolute goddess.
I was really nervous about starting pole but once I was greeted by Sionade she had the loveliest energy and made me feel at home right away!!
Wen I first went I had doubts to myself that I could not do pole but everyone on pole were so supportive and 13 weeks in I love it and am there every week.
