We moved to our NEW location, Huckleberry Farm in March 2022 & all bookings will now take place there. However, we hope to resume Woodland Rides in Shotover Country Park, Oxford at some point in the future.

I feel this place needs a lot more recognition for the outstanding work they do for children with SEN needs also.
The grooming and leisurely walk around the farm were such highlights, offering plenty of moments for photos, thanks to Kayleigh’s thoughtfulness in creating those special opportunities.
Charlotte and the other pony handlers were wonderful with the kids and my daughter was very happy :-) thank you!!!
Having been absent from the horse world for many a year now, I was delighted to have the welcoming and supportive Ali to guide me through everything, and the beautifully patient and kind Jubilee to work with.
Before the ride, we had the opportunity to groom Teddy, a perfect start that ensured my niece felt comfortable and connected with the pony before taking to the saddle.
Great place to come and have some fun with your kids
To keep things organised, my husband coordinated the children for horse riding, chaperoned by their parents, while I managed the woodland area, serving drinks and organising games.
My daughter has fallen in love with 'Spice' he was a real delight for her to groom and ride.
Brought my grandchildren for a ride today a they all loved it, I will be bringing them back again
Pony Pursuits exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend them enough to other parents looking to create a special and memorable experience for their kids.
