Poole ABC is a fantastic club, with a great coaching team who have developed quality boxers like Chris Billam-Smith.

The staff are great and very good with the little onces .

Only £3 for junior lessons, would definitely pay more for that quality.

Just had my first time a hour ago and they push you real hard.

Excellent place to come and get fit and healthy as you will see there was no car parking spaces but there is three bike locking stands which you which you can lock two bikes to each so confident and spaces that was also couple of posts and Street post that you cannot come too as well and there's a couple of banisters outside the gym as you will see in the photos excellent staff very polite well mannered eager to help good places for people in kids are in a bit of trouble in the need a bit of light put on the straight and now tuck him in there mate they sort them out I promise you have a good workout clothes for covid-19 but will be open soon

I haven't been to the gym properly and years I would love to get back into it I did a bit of boxing when I was a kid but didn't do much with it would like to get back into it I've heard some good things about this gym be good if I could join up get training again my cousin Robbie the flame Olivier is there wfc 67 kilos champion world champion cage rage MMA the lot you went into the UFC at a later age 67 kilo is all he is but a powerhouse 2
