I've had the fastest ever improvement in my fitness by attending the Hot26 on Wednesdays in Cowley, and I'd tried many things in the past.
Great studio, good heat & humidity, well taught (by each of 4 qualified teachers), hot or cold shower (to individual preference), and a sociable club-like feel!

The studio is offering more diverse classes and interesting workshops than ever but has maintained its welcoming atmosphere, great teachers and open hearted spirit that has seen the community grow and grow.
Wonderful variety of classes and styles, knowledgable and friendly teachers, a very welcoming space!
Particularly, I found the intensity of Simone's mid-day vinyasa crunch, was a great way to give myself a serious energy boost for the afternoon!
