Sentiment Analysis
Being led by an experienced midwife meant plenty of bonus top tips and advice every week in addition to a friendly, relaxed and useful class.
I usually feel nervous in classes but Rachel put me straight at ease and was so welcoming.
You start every session with Rachel checking in with each attendee which also allowed you to discover that others are going through similar things to you, a great way to start because sometimes you can feel quite alone in pregnancy and your symptoms.
The classes focus on both movement and relaxation and helped keep me active until 41 weeks pregnant.
The pregnancy yoga was a great combination with hypnobirthing to practice gentle breathing and relaxation techniques.
