Excellent personal trainer who makes an effort to listen and understand your personal goals and design a training plan around them.
This is such a well equipped gym and Tom is great at putting together really varied workouts which makes it interesting and means the time flies by.
Tom is passionate about health and fitness, he pays particular attention to what you want to achieve and gives you the best training programme to achieve it!
The workouts were interesting and varied, with a good mix of weights and cardio, some shorter and some longer workouts which made them easy to fit in my schedule.
Your fitness level and age makes no difference, you will be coached on your level and you will feel so much better.
