Principal Pilates
Not long after starting teaching Pilates, I began to seek out additional ways to enable clients to become more mobile before working on increasing their stability. I feel many of our bodies are partially 'stuck' in patterns of unnecessary tension. In my enquiry, I have followed several different fascial self-release techniques with clients. In September 2021 I qualified as a Moving Fascia® Instructor and am very pleased to be able to use this fantastic repertoire of releases.
