After sustaining a lower back disc herniation with sciatica in Aug 23 I was nervous to return to exercise but it was recommended by my physio to start returning to the gym to keep rebuilding my lower back and core strength.
His ability to teach and explain why using his anatomical knowledge has made me feel like a more balanced, relaxed and confident fighter.
I have never felt like a burden or pressured to part with money for unnecessary additional training and unfortunately the PT has to end for a while for me but I am sure my at home/gym programme will continue to allow me to reach my goals at a fraction of the cost, when I broke the news to Tom he advised me not to spend additional money and I could continue my journey at the gym
Tom was accommodating with the unusual request and took the time to read the assessment guidance.
This progress hasn't just been isolated to squats and deadlifts; it has had a positive ripple effect across all aspects of my weightlifting, enhancing my performance and reducing the risk of injury.
The most of all is my lifestyle has been greatly improved, I definitely eat healthier and walk more (I used to get cabs all the time) and these changes are all because of ProTom.

Tom is the only PT to ever improve my back pain, he is extreamly knolegable on anatomy and really listens, he is worth every penny he charges, highly recommend to anyone with an injury that is struggling to fully recover.
He really improved my boxing skills and is a really great person!
He is very knowledgeable about biomechanics and therefore great for anyone looking for rehabilitative personal training alongside strength and conditioning work, and is able to explain complex things in a clear way.
