Class are fun and engaging, starting with drilling, before moving on to set and sparring and finishing with some full rounds.

The teaching is tailored and varied, allowing you to learn at your own pace, and there are a brilliant group of instructors led by Adam who provide individual feedback whilst you drill and roll.

I've tried a few different martial arts classes over the years and never settled in or felt comfortable, but this such a welcoming bunch with a fantastic teacher.

There are also plenty of members to spar with in the regular classes, when you're ready for a top cardio workout!

I was a little worried of entering a club with too much competitiveness and aggressiveness or in contrast too tame, but this has the perfect balance and mixture of competitiveness, lack of ego and eagerness to teach!

Adam is a great teacher and creates a brilliant atmosphere to learn in.

Adam goes through a technique at the start of the class and explains it from as many angles as needed and also does loads of repetitions to make sure you don't miss important details.

Very much enjoyed learning here, I have learnt a lot in the few months since I began.

Adam (the coach) is an excellent teacher who is highly knowledgeable and has great attention to detail and fully understands all the mechanics of the techniques taught in class.
