The instructors and the classes are great. However, I am unfortunately a little disappointed with how they treat their clients. I arrived no later than 2 minutes late to a class due to unexpected traffic that I could not avoid and they turned me away. I totally understand that they can't have people going in late for several reasons but i think 2 mins is just a bit tight, especially when you are paying them a significant amount of money on a regular basis. It's not even like they let me join another class, they simply charged me the full amount for the class. A bit of common courtesy wouldn't go a miss

The studio only offered me a week to then use them which is a bit of a rush considering I work full time & live 45 mins away!
Really difficult but totally addictive and I leave in a better mood every time!
My first ever reformer class and Mike was so thorough in going through everything that I felt confident starting class and reassured and motivated throughout.
Since starting, my back pain is hugely reduced and my strength in other sports has massively increased.
Especially classes with Rio is fire, I like her energy and her support ☺️
The instructors are incredibly inspiring and their energy is infectious.
My favourite exercise classes by far - lovely studio with a great atmosphere, and I feel so much stronger!

It was my first RE: IGNITE class and I definitely loved it.
As a beginner, I loved this class.
