I had never been in a gym in my life before I joined the 6-week challenge. My shape and size has dropped dramatically, and with the body scan each week , Robert sat down and explained how my body fat has dropped and muscle building. I have more energy and get up and go than I've had in 25 years. I have signed up for a second challenge, and I would highly recommend to anyone to give this a go. I'm a 56 year old and I feel 30 again.

I’m lifting weights I never thought I’d be lifting and performing exercises I never dreamt I would be able to with my disabilities.

Loads of people said to me - is that style of training not for machines or people that are really fit, but it wasn’t, anyone can do it and I was definitely proud of what I achieved in such a short time.
