Yvonne is a very nice lady and a very good instructor and helped me sort my back problems
I highly recommend Yvonne's classes, she is always friendly and welcoming and the studio has a relaxing atmosphere.
Yvonne knows what she’s talking about and makes you feel at ease sharing with us the benefits of each move which I find interesting.
Option too for additional videos or joining live classes online which is great if you’re unable to make the class in person.
Started with 1-2-1 sessions and now enjoy weekly classes - my lower back problem have now gone.
I recently decided to take up Pilates again, signing up to Yvonne's class, it was the best decision I made, and I am definitely starting to feel the benefits in terms of improved posture/strength.
Now over the age of 80 i have retained my flexibility which makes everyday life so much easier and have no loss of height which is unusual for someone of my age .
