I have tried meditation in the past to help soothe my mind with varying degrees of success but found the sound helped to keep me focused.
I was incredibly relaxed and calm following our session and I loved the vibrational experince in my body as Gemma played her bowl directly over my body and when I stood in one of the bowls at the end.
I love sound and how it vibrates in the body so I was confident I would enjoy the session.
Having met Gemma and felt her energy and passion for her offerings I signed up for her sound therapy massage to further increase my knowledge and experience of sound bathing.
I literally felt lighter after the session, & my perspective became more clear, it was a fabulous experience.
Trying new things and spending a day where clocks and phones were ignored.
This has done me the world of good, I felt so tired but relaxed and slept well for the first time in years.
The sound bath and individual massage were both wonderful.
