Mats, blankets, and bolsters all provided which makes it easy for me to turn up straight from work without my own equipment.
My only criticisms lie in that I'm used to a more spiritual style of practice so wasn't a big fan of the floor to ceiling mirrors, and found a couple of the classes to be led in a style that I would liken more to an aerobics class than a yoga class.
