I am María, the teacher behind SPANISH FOR EVERYONE. I am originally from Venezuela in South America. I graduated in Education from University of Brighton, England. I was inspired by children years ago when the mum of my daughter's friend asked me to teach her child Spanish. Since then, I decided to embark on a teaching career. I have more than 15 years of experience in tutoring Spanish to all ages and levels, and I find it very rewarding. The experience of living in different countries before and learning other languages has been an extraordinary journey and now I feel I can identify myself with the students and the learning process.

I started as a complete beginner and progressed to comfortably being able to hold general and architectural business conversations, both written and verbal.
Without Maria I would not have been able to experience Patagonia, she got me through the border controls!
