I am older than most new guitarist (OAP) I found Steve to be an absolute brilliant guitar teacher, he has patiences and explains everything so you understand it properly and jamming with him is an absolute joy.
I am retired and with age comes a slowing in faculties and dexterity but he is most understanding and helpful.
Steve is a great tutor and has a lot of patience, I’ve have now been with Steve for a few years and nothing is a problem, from advice about effects to guitars, to playing techniques.
He also does the lessons on zoom when circumstances dictate and that works out well too, his wife deals with the communications and is highly efficient and accurate too, i would highly recommend Steve & Carol to anyone who wants to learn guitar or bass guitar.
We both so look forward to the weekly lesson with Steve, who is patient and encouraging and essentially a very skilled teacher.
Steve has taught me for two years and despite my stiff fingers I have progressed to level 4 and learning the blues.
