I would recommend it for anyone in a profession where they have to sit at a desk or sit stationary for long periods of the day.
We have been seeing Heather for the past year and have found her yoga classes to be very professional and relaxing.
We started to go to this yoga studio last year, after a friend recommended.
Very sad to be in lockdown again but leading up to it, the studio was kitted out with screens, , half class numbers, all is wiped down, bring your own mat, and more.
I've been practising yoga , in various forms, for about 17 years and in all that time I've never met a teacher as good as Heather.
She loves sharing her knowledge in a very accessible way and her massages leave you on a cloud...
There are vids of prop tips, & tips for painful or awkward body parts, you will so be able to help and stretch your body.
Also massage here is 10 out of 10 over 25 years of experience puts Heather top of her game, highly recommend, yes ok I am next door !
The size of the studio means you get personal attention from Heather for almost every single pose whether that is helping you to push yourself even further or the odd adjustment for alignment.
The small class size gives you the opportunity to learn so much more.
