Excellent gym and sauna highly recommend!
Most relaxing spa in london, I mostly use it for the gym which has 3 rooms with different machines and equipment.
I had a deep tissue massage with Gary and it was amazing!!

The team are so friendly yet professional, and the facilities are much better than other gyms nearby.

Best gym in London, facilities top class - sauna and steam room out of this world.
The changing room are inconvenient due to the lake of space to keep belongings safe and the permanent flooding from the showers.
The principal cardio machines are in a light airy space overlooking the pool, with rowing machines, weight machines and free weights deeper into the complex.
