Today was the day 😊🏅🏅I’ve been smiling ear to ear as it’s only with Sabrina’s wise words, encouragement, tweaking my posture and pure love and joy in sharing the Pilates technique that I’ve got here.
At every session she would ask me how I felt and where I was aching, she would address the specific issue, and I would feel a lot better at the end and so energised, too.
I've benefited a lot from her online mat classes and from work with equipment in the Studio.
I’m new to Pilates and in a few months her carefully tailored sessions have been fixing some injuries that physios and gyms have not fixed for me in as many years.
I don't take it for granted and have prioritised my classes with Sabrina as I trust her and I feel so healthy/body properly stretched and working better after working with her.
Since I've been doing pilates taught by Sabrina I've had zero injuries running, cycling, skiing, SUPing, mountaineering and I also my back and neck always feel great.
She is a Pilates purist, and her passion and enthusiasm for her work makes every class fun.
I'm not someone who loves to exercise, but she has motivated me so wonderfully over many years and helped me recover from several injuries.
Sabrina strikes a great balance between personal training, physical support and hands-on manipulation as well as therapeutic sensitivity.
She always takes the time to determine ‘how your body is feeling’ at the beginning of each session & then tailors to your individual needs.
