Every time I come to the studio no matter what is going on at home or outside as soon as I open that door and look up the stairs I breathe a sigh of relief knowing that I am about to walk into an amazing experience whatever the workshop or class I am attending. It is like coming home each time. You have created such a s pecial, magical and sacred space and I truely thank you for that.

I started while pregnant and did both prenatal yoga and then baby and mum yoga and now any class I get a chance to, the instructors are all great.
The studio with its high ceiling, wood beams, large windows, wooden floor and subtle lighting, truly is the best place to practice the art of Yoga.
A beautiful experience with amazing teachers and staff, a must for anyone looking to explore their bodies and minds.

Zoom yoga and baby massage have been great with the lovely Chie (a life save during lockdown to have some mother and baby activities)
