Martin founded THE SQUARE BOXING CLUB in 2015, following 15+ years as an amateur boxer across Europe, winning national boxing titles and as an ABA coach. He has competed in over 120 amateur fights and offers 25 years experience, as a coach and boxer. I’ve been training with Martin for a few years now (online during covid and in person now) and since I used to box full time in my youth I know what a great coach is and Martin is exactly that!
Fantastic for both fitness and boxing technique - I thought I was fit until I began training with The Square!

Martin is a highly skilled boxing and training coach, able to calibrate training sessions to the capabilities of any group.
I've been training with Martin at Square Boxing for several months, and my knowledge of boxing has expanded significantly.
In addition to boxing, Martin is highly knowledgable on all aspects of fitness including diet and nutrition to give you full 360 support in your goals and ambitions.
But what stands out the most is his genuine support, making every session not just a lesson in boxing but also in self-confidence and determination.
I started from scratch and Martin helped me get to where I am today - able to spar effectively and feel like my boxing is progressing every session.
Every session is tough but you leave with a sense of real accomplishment unlike my past experience with PTs.
Martin is a excellent coach with loads of experience in training technical and fitness aspects of boxing also loads of wisdom to give you during sessions.
