Nichi created a beautiful space for excellent yoga practice, lovely walks, cold water swimming and excellent food.

The host for this retreat was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and experienced in yoga , I personally practice yoga 3/4 times a week and felt the pace was right for me, I don't consider myself very flexible, Nichi (host) with the help from her partner Andy were on hand every step of the way to help everyone have the best experience.

Amazing weekend in Runswick Bay - stunning location & accommodation and with great food, new friends and yoga thrown in too.

She's such a great teacher she can pitch the sessions so they are within everyone's capabilities, with lots of alternatives and adaptations too!

Lovely people and accomodation in a beautiful place.

The sessions were challenging but doable and Nichi always has fuss free alternatives for those who are beginners or who have body restrictions that need to be accommodated.

Yogaspace online gives fab 24/7 access for any type of yoga you may fancy doing for the price of a class a month.
