Suzanne’s expertise and teaching style means that I feel I’m really learning and progressing, rather than just turning up to a class and blindly following the teacher, but at the same time it’s such a friendly, laid back and no pressure environment (and we have a laugh!
You always give good modifications and realise that everyone has their own physical limitations, be it body shape, fitness or injury.
A beautiful blend of massage and stretches, which was so relaxing and I felt so good afterwards!
I have just come back from a yoga retreat with Suzanne i had a great weekend she is a lovely friendly person, i was nervous about going has i am new to yoga but Suzanne and all the other people there made me feel so comfortable i loved it, i can not wait until the next one.
